In 1996, William C. Rawheiser founded Equity Plus, Inc, a mortgage lending company on the
principle that all people have unique borrowing needs that require specialized servicing.
With extensive background in banking, Mr. Rawheiser realized the changing profile of the
banking environment: as lenders, banks are not well suited to meet the variety of needs
for low interest mortgages and home loans. People have individual credit situations.
Equity Plus Inc. was established to address individuals' unique situations when shopping
for low rates for fixed rate mortgages, ARM's, commercial and residential home equity
loans. Our mission is to provide the personalized attention you need to compare loan
